.: Born in Leningrad in 1954. Graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theatre Music and Cinematography (class of well-known scene designer Igor Ivanov). Emil Kapelush is a set designer, painter and graphic artist. He has worked on more than one hundred productions in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Tbilisi, Vilnius, Tallinn, and also in Great Britain, Bulgaria and Switzerland.
